The Lil Chef MAXI is an upgraded and enlarged version of the popular Lil Chef. The new model inherits the best features of its predecessor, excelling in stability, good airflow, and easy of use. Its temperature range is wide, ideal for cooking at 120-220°C, making it suitable for preparing a variety of dishes. The Lil Chef MAXI stands out not only for its size and capacity but also for its quality materials and excellent insulation.

An ideal choice for those who want to entertain larger groups or for smaller catering industries where the preparation of varied and delicious dishes is a fundamental requirement.

It is made from 3 mm thick plates using bending and welding technology, covered with 4 cm thick insulation, and then enclosed with the outer casing.

The smoker's internal dimensions are 745 mm x 385 mm, comfortably accommodating 6 stainless steel grids. These grids can easily hold up to 12 slabs of pork ribs.
